Manhattan Piano Academy’s April 2026 Newsletter

Dear Manhattan Piano Academy Community,

As April unfolds, our halls are filled with the excitement of recital season. We are so proud to see our students’ hard work and dedication come to life in their performances.

Below are some highlights and updates for this month.

1. Annual Solo Recital

We are looking forward to our Annual Solo Recital on Tuesday May 12th at 5.30pm at the beautiful Piano Piano. Rehearsing is a requirement to make sure the students will feel confident and comfortable on stage. Here are the rehearsal and recital information.

Rehearsal: Friday May 1st 2026 at 5.30pm
Location: Pianopiano 37 West 65th Street 4th Floor, NY

Recital Date: Tuesday May 12th at 5.30pm

Dress Code for the performers: Formal

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to try the piano and to let us start on time and respect the fellow students time.

Please feel free to invite friends and family. If you are inviting more than 2 people please let us know in advanced.

2. Berkeley Graduation Recital

Many of our students start at a very young age and stay with us until the end of high school. We are honored to watch them grow in their music journey.

This year, 3 of our graduating students at our Berkeley location participated in the graduation recital. It was a beautiful evening celebrating their years of dedication, growth, and the musical legacy they leave behind at Golden Key Piano School.

Held on Sunday, March 8 at Piedmont Piano Company, the recital was filled with memorable performances and heartfelt moments shared with family, friends, and our school community.

We are so proud of these students and all they have accomplished, and we wish them the very best in this next chapter.

3. NEW!!! – Group Classes

We are excited for our Group Preparatory Piano Class for ages 3–4 year olds, soon!
Little musicians will sing, move, play, and explore the piano in a fun, nurturing group setting to prepare for private piano lessons.
The lessons will be held by our beloved Teacher Maryam on Sundays at 2pm who’s been doing a great job with our youngest ones.

Location will be at Pianopiano Studios.
30 minutes, once a week
$390 for a 3 month session
